Descriptions of services on this website are general in nature; the work performed is based on the specific needs of your home or property as assessed by our technicians.
Quotes, estimates, and pricing
We provide honest, upfront pricing before work begins. Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time and on conditions our technicians can reasonably observe. If additional issues are discovered once work is underway — for example, hidden damage or parts that need replacement — we will discuss any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding. Prices are subject to change until a quote is accepted, and may vary with parts availability and the scope of work.
Scheduling, access, and cancellations
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment and areas where work is to be performed. We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows, but timing may be affected by demand, weather, and other factors outside our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time service is completed, unless other arrangements are made in writing. You are responsible for the full amount of services rendered and any parts or materials supplied.
Warranties and guarantees
